His approach is grounded in real fieldwork, out on the streets, gathering information, verifying facts, and doing the work others often overlook. This field-driven foundation is the core element that sets Anauad apart.
For more than 40 years, Anaquad has provided investigative support, process serving, background checks, corporate histories, and a variety of related services. Clients continue to consistently hire Anaquad for his professionalism, thoroughness, and personal touch.
Anaquad’s vision for West Coast Process Servers grew from a commitment to raising industry standards and creating a reliable, professional network of qualified partners. Bex has over 15 years of expertise in the Workers’ Comp industry and as a Certified Hearing Representative. Bex has also held positions providing security for high-value, confidential tech products prior to public release. Oversaw secure handling, transportation, and delivery of sensitive assets, ensuring chain-of-custody integrity and compliance with strict confidentiality and safety protocols. Bex is well-equipped to handle all client needs with discretion and care.
Bex is currently working towards obtaining a Private Investigator license, further expanding expertise and capabilities.

Manu Toigo is originally from Far North Queensland, raised in the rural sugarcane region of Halifax. At age 17 she joined the Royal Australian Army and served 8 years. During her years of service, she was an Attache Driver for Area Commandant then posted as driver for Armored Corp Director. Her last 4 years she was posted to 3rd Brigade Operations Deployment Forces as Transport Support before being medically discharged from sustaining injuries.
Since then, Manu has made her path in careers such as Private Investigations, Private Security, Fugitive Recovery and as a Cadre Instructor for Special Operations Training Group.
On the adventurous side of Manu, she is world known for her multiple appearances as a Survivalist on National and International TV.
With her unique skill sets and personal experiences, she developed and directed her own outdoor adventure and survival programs here in SoCal for 10 years.
As an individual, Manu Toigo has always shown integrity and perseverance on a professional level.
